The Costa del Sol has always been my favourite tourist region in Spain. It is simply beautiful here. I am not the only one who recognises the undeniable charms of this place, real estate is bought here by people from all around the world. Poles are also interested in buying property in this region of Europe. They do it for investment purposes or simply to spend a large part of their time in such an amazing place. First, I do not work exclusively in Marbella. If necessary, for the convenience of my clients, I fly to Poland to discuss their projects related to the purchase or sale of real estate. So, mobility is a big advantage here. An important element of working with Polish customers is discretion. It is the client who decides when and to whom to brag about their new property purchase, and not the broker. Having worked in Warsaw for many years, a huge number of my clients come from referrals and recommendations from my satisfied clients. A huge advantage for clients is the ability to speak with me in their native language. This is very important when a client can conduct a transaction without any language barriers. I also speak English fluently and Russian to a communicative degree. Handling multinational couples is absolutely not an issue.
