The basement of the house is devoted to a relaxing spa area with a large heated pool, sauna, Turkish bath, massage and hairdressing salon, two dressing rooms, a full bathroom, and state-of-the-art exercise equipment. There is also a grand theatre and wine cellar. Also on this floor, lies a nightclub with full lighting system and DJ equipment, allowing guests to enjoy the most memorable of private parties at home with friends and family.

One cleaner/maid from 8:30am to 4:30 pm (with a break for lunch), Monday to Friday. If you require additional hours and/or at weekends an additional cost for each hour costs €18 per hour.
One House Manager from 8:30am to 2:30 pm (with a break for lunch), Monday to Friday. If you require additional hours and/or at weekends an additional cost for each hour costs €35 per hour.
Tenants also benefit from other services from the Marbella Club Hotel, such as ordering food delivery from their restaurants.
