Kyle Zard, the young, ambitious real estate enthusiast, strives to take part in leading the industry with 3SA. Obtaining extensive multicultural experience growing up in several regions of the Middle East and North America, he has dedicated his skill set to raising the bar in the touristic hub of Marbella. Recently obtaining his master’s degree at Les Roches Marbella with the highest honors, he has begun fulfilling his dream to join and thrive with the 3SA family.

HOW HAS YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE BENEFITED YOU IN THE REAL ESTATE SECTOR?
Previous experience in the food & beverage service industry has provided a solid base of service skills and client relations. Further experience in human resources has taught me the valuable lesson that people are the root of success and that anything can be accomplished with the right team and chemistry.
WHAT BROUGHT YOU TO MARBELLA?
Having fallen in love with the city a few years back, I decided to come to Marbella and obtain my master’s degree at the world-renowned school of hospitality, Les Roches. Recently accomplishing this goal, I plan on developing a professional career in the real estate industry, more specifically, with the best real estate company I have ever come across, 3SA.
